Through my experience as a web developer, I have gained 3 years of experience working extensively with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to create and maintain front-end web applications. I also have extensive experience with back-end languages such as PHP and Python, and have worked with their respective Laravel and Django full-stack frameworks, as well as React.js.
I also have two years of experience in object-oriented programming, working with languages such as Java, C#, Visual Basic, PHP, and Python. Additionally, I have experience in creating websites with content management systems, such as WordPress, and have worked with many different themes and plugins on the platform. Most notably, I have worked with SEO management plugins such as Yoast to ensure that all site pages are well equipped to work with Google’s search system.
I also have two years of experience in web design, developing sitemaps, wireframes, and working with applications such as Adobe Photoshop to create site mockups for web applications that follow good UI/UX standards. I also am proficient in developing responsive, mobile-friendly websites with the Bootstrap CSS design framework.

- Worked in the marketing team for Protocase, as well as its sister company 45 Drives.
- Reported to the Senior Web Developer, as well as the marketing managers for Protocase and 45 Drives.
- Met with marketing teams for Protocase and 45 Drives every week to discuss current and upcoming projects.
- First five weeks of position counted towards my second-year work term at NSCC.
- Worked with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop front-end web pages for the Protocase and 45 Drives websites.
- Worked with PHP to perform back-end development tasks.
- Created a new version of the 45 Drives blog using WordPress.
- Used XML to modify sitemaps for the Protocase and 45 Drives sites to make each page SEO friendly.
